  • We sift all coffee beans twice to remove up to 99% of the chaff, which can negatively impact the taste of cold brew. This means smoother and purer coffee for you and your family.

  • We use only 100% specialty-grade coffee. Specialty grade refers to coffee beans that score 80+ on the grading scale. With the chaff removed, this results in a cleaner, smoother, and more flavorful glass of cold brew.

  • Our current cold brew blend features tasting notes of nutty, chocolate, and cocoa, with a smooth finish. However, it has significantly reduced bitterness, bringing out the best flavors.

    All of our cold brew is smoother, purer, and less bitter than any ordinary cold brew on the market — that’s the chaffless difference.
